Zubaida Jalal Khan (Urdu: زبيدہ جلال خان)(born August 31 , 1959 at Kech) is a Pakistani politician who served as Minister of Education of Pakistan.[1] She held the office of Federal Minister for "Social Welfare and Special Education" while Shaukat Aziz was Prime Minister. She was born in the village Mand, Kech District, Balochistan, and got her education in Kuwait, where her father worked. After returning from Kuwait, she established a school for girls in her village, with the support of her father. She got a master's degree from the University of Balochistan.
